Indenture made August 19, 1813 between John Thompson Jun'r and John McKinne 
both of Wayne, for $2,800 land in Wayne west side of Stoney Creek:
First tract on the bank of Stoney Creek, Simon Langston's corner, dividing 
branch between said Thompson and McKinne, McKinne's corner and containing 
188 acres.
Another tract joining the aforesaid tract on the west side of Stoney Creek 
adjacent said Thompson's corner, Thompson's house in his old line and 
containing 12 1/2 acres.
Another tract on the west side of Stoney Creek adjacent the north side of 
Levy's Branch, sd Thompson's house, Simon Langston's corner and containing 1 
1/2 acres.
Another tract on the west side of Stoney Creek adjacent the bank of the 
creek, Simon Langston's and McKinne's, Thos Vinson's line and containing 76 
acres.
