Indenture made May 7, 1791 between Jesse Tiner of Johnston County and William 
Rhodes of Wayne, for 20 pounds land in Wayne on the lower side of the Marsh 
Branch and north side of Buck Swamp adjacent to Rhodes Corner of his Manner 
plantation, Rhodes cornfield and containing 15 acres.
