Wayne County, NC - Deed Of Epraim Bass to Jeremiah Bass File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by Peggy Fischer Wayne County North Carolina Deed Record-FHL #0020104 No.66 Know all men by these presents that I Epraim Bass of the county of Wayne of the State of Carolina of the one part and Jeremiah Bass of the other part of said county Witnesseth that whereas I Ephraimi Bass for and in consideration that I bare to my beloved son Jeremiah Bass I have Given Granted and by these presents do give Grant to the said Jeremiah Bass his Aires assigns forever a Surtain Tract or Parsel of Land lying and being Situated in the county of Wayne on the North side of the Great Swamp begining at a pine on said Bass line and runs North to a Oak thence Runs agreed line to Blackjack a west course thence South along a gried line to Samuel Barnes Sr line to a pine thence Down Said Barnes line To the first Station containing 83 Acres of Land more or less to have and to hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land with all the Priviledges there unto belonging to him said Jeremiah Bass his hears assigns forever and I sd.
