Deed made 1 Jan 1869 from Jobe Warrick Jr. and wife Margaret A. Warrick to Jobe 
Warrick Senr. all of Wayne, for $300 land in Wayne on the south side of Horse 
Swamp adjacent to John Coxs corner, containing 111 acres. Witnesses K. Cogdell and 
Richard A. Cox. Wife privately examined. Registered 25 Jan 1869.
