Indenture made December 7, 1800 between James Woodard and Micajah Cox Junr 
both of Wayne, for $400 land in Wayne between Clark Creek and Contentney Creek 
on the north side of Black Creek containing 100 acres.

Witnesses: Joel Newsom and Silas Hollowell
