Indenture made January 28, 1839 between Cullin Wright, Adam Jaison, 
Washington Aggy and Marky Stricklin and Richard Casey of Wayne, for $160 
land in Wayne on the head of Falling Creek and on the south side of Neds 
Branch on which Joseph Strickling dec'd lived adjacent to Kinon Grantham's 
corner, Morrisses line, James Jenians (Jennings?) corner, Handy Thornton's 
corner and containing 228 acres the grave yard excepted.
Witnesses: Bryant Casey and Cullin X Casey
