Bunting at Feb Term 1857 of the court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions of the county of Wayne. All persons indebted to said estate are requested to settle and pay the same to the subscriber and all persons having accounts on demands against the same are hereby required to present them for payment within the time prescribed by law or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery. Feb 19th, 1857 David B. Everitt maketh oath before me a Justice of the Peace in and for the county of Wayne that he saw copies of the within advertisement posted up in the following public places in the county of Wayne viz: At the court house in Goldsboro on the 21st day of Feby 1857, at the store of Andrews & Washington in Goldsboro on the 21st Feb 1857 and at the store of J.
