Wayne County            }   To any Lawfull officer to Execute & return

        Information having been this day made to me by Wm Burn that
John Smith, John Wise, Wm Langston, Jesse Bizzel, David Edwards, Micajah
Cox at the last election for Members to represent the County of Wayne
in the House of Commons in the next General Assembly did vote ___ and
that Bennet Blackman, George Bradberry, John McKinne, James Wood and
___ did vote at said election and were not of age ___ County all of
which actings and doings are contrary to Law. There are therfore to 
command you to bring them before me or some other Justice of said County
to be dealth with as the Law directs. Fail not and this shale be your
Warrant given and under my hand and Seal this 18th Sept 1792

November the 3rd 1792 then was the within warrant Returned Judgement
against the plantif for all cast the plantif ___ appeal and given against
John McKiney Benet Blackman James Wood which is granted
