Wayne County, NC - David Edwards Revolutionary War Pension, 1832

David Edwards - applied for pension in Wayne County Pleas and Quarter 
Sessions 22 Aug 1832, aged 69 years

Was drafted for twelve months, 1781 and 1782 under the command of Capt. 
Thomas Shute at Kinston where he resided; marched to Elizabethtown 
thence to Ashpole, SC to Pedee River; to Deep Run in NC where a fort 
was constituted; marched to Haw River and on to Hillsboro where he was 
discharged.
