State Of North Carolina Wayne County Superior Court Schedule Of The Property Of GEORGE MITCHELL- One Mare 2 Hogs 2 Barrels Corn 200lbs Bacon 2 Pales 1 Tub and fetching chain 3 Grubing Hoes 3 Weeding Hoes and axes 3 plough harnes 1 plough stock and Rains 1 Spider 2 pewter dishes 6 earthen plates 3 spoons 3 cups and saucers and 3 jugs 2 wheels 1pr cards Total $66.15 I said GEORGE MITCHELL is by occupation a farmer, is sixty eight years of age and quite infirm, has no other family but his wife who is fifty three years of age and is also very infirm. GEORGE X MITCHELL Sworn to before me in open Court 1st day of April 1830 N WASHINGTON CLK I NICHOLSON WASHINGTON the Clerk Of the Superior Court for the County of Wayne and State aforesaid do certify that it appears to the satisfaction of the court that the said GEORGE MITCHELL did serve in the Revolutionary War as states in the preceeding declaration against the common enemy for the term of nine months under agreement with the continental establishment. I also certify that the forgoing oath and the schedule thereto annexed are truly copies from the records of the Court, and I do further certify that it is the opinion of the said Court, that the total amount in Value of the property which is in the aforesaid schedule is Sixty Six Dollars and Fifteen Cents.
