Meeting of the Board of Internal Improvements

At a meeting of this body on Saturday last, the following appointments were 
announced:

Wilmington and Weldon Road State Directors: 
W. W. Breckle of Halifax in place of Mr. Whitaker
George W. Collier of Wayne in place of W. K. Lane
Wm. A. Wright of Wilmington reappointed
