Supreme Court

This Tribunal convened in this City on Thursday, Judges Nash, Pearson and Battle 
present.

Judge Nash was immediately chosen to fill the post of Chief Justice, vacated by the
resignation of the Hon. Thomas Ruffin.

J. H. Everitt, Everittsville, admitted to practice in the County Court.
