Valuable Property for Sale Cheap

I offer for sale my property in the village of Everettsville, NC which contains 
about 4 lots and a small piece of woodland, including about 5 acres in all, with 
all the improvements thereon, viz:
a large 2 1/2 story wooden building with two fronts, (one double portico,) 6 
large and 2 small rooms, two wide passages above and two below, and all the 
necessary out houses, smoke house, dairy, carriage house, stables and kitchen, 
with three rooms for servants. The premises contain a good garden spot paled in, 
a fine scuppernong grape arbor, some choice fruit trees, and a floweryard in 
front of the house.

Everettsville is an excellent location for a male high school, for a country 
merchant, or for a physician. The place is healthy, the society good, and it is 
immediately on the W. & W. R. Road, seven miles south of Goldsboro.
