Raleigh Minerva 1817

NOTICE - Taken from a trunk on the 4th inst., after having entered the house 
and murdered the owner (ANDREW SCOTT) notes and accounts to a considerable 
amount. Two notes of JOHN DUNN, ESQ., one for $4,000 and one for $330 dollars; 
one on NEEDHAM HOWELL for $319; one on JOHN BRADBURY for $22; one of JOHN 
HOWELL (for ARCHIBALD) for $14.50; one on JACOB POWELL for $10; one on HOWELL 
BOYT for $19; one on JOHN M'KINNE for $1,700; all dated a much as 12 months 
since, and all on men in Wayne County. With sundry other notes and accounts 
not recollected, all of which I forewarn all persons from trading for; as well 
as those that owe, from paying except to me.
