 DISSOLUTION.
The co-partnership heretofore existing under the firm of
Pipkin & Kornegay is this day dissolved by mutual consent.
The affairs of the late firm will be settled by Elisha Pipkin.

White Hall, Wayne Co., April 1, 1851

          NOTICE
All persons indebted to the late firm of Pipkin &
Kornegay are requested to settle the same as soon
as possibl. The subscriber who is duly authorised
to close the business of the firm may be found at
White Hall or at his residence at any time.
