Notice

The undersigned desires to sell his Mill on Sleepy Creek, Wayne County, NC, 5 
miles from Dudley, 10 miles from Goldsboro, 1 1/2 miles from Neuse River. Will 
sell on good terms for cash or credit the Mill Site and as much land with it as 
the purchaser may require. Any one wanting to buy a good site for a cotton 
factory or flour mill would do well to come and buy as it is known to be the best 
site in eastern N. Carolina. Always plenty of water for any machinery that might 
be required. Healthy as can be found in the state - in fact nature has done all 
that is necessary for a place to build a factory. For information see G. W. 
Collier at Goldsboro, W. B. Bowden at Dudley, L. J. Moore at Everettsville, or 
apply to the undersigned at Sleepy Creek.
