Wayne County Fair

Our thanks to the Secretary of the Wayne County Agricultural Society for a 
complimentary ticket. The Wayne County Fair will commence at Goldsboro on the 23d of
October, a few days after the State Fair. The Wayne County Society offers a banner 
to the best drilled military Company on the Fair grounds. What say our military 
friends of Wake? Will they not contend for this banner?
