Mrs. Matilda Beard Buck
Fremont - Mrs. Matilda Beard Buck, 78, widow of Robert Buck, died Friday 
night at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held today at 
4:30 p. m. at the Yelverton Funeral Home by the Rev. R. T. Harris. Burial 
will be in the Hastings Cemetery near Rosewood.
       Surviving are one son, Marson Buck of Rt. 1, Fremont; one daughter, 
Mrs. Grace Lee of Rt. 2, Pikeville; three sisters, Mrs. Dora Cuddington of 
Kenly, Mrs. Bertie Hollowell of Goldsboro, and Mrs. Varah Brantham of Rt. 2, 
Pikeville; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
