Newbern Spectator
At his residence in Wayne County on the 19th January, Probert Collier, Esq. in the 
76th year of his age.

The deceased formerly resided in the county of Lenoir and represented that county in
the Legislature of this State and for upwards of thirty years past has resided in 
Wayne County where by his may virtues, he had secured a numerous circle of friends 
who with a large family, are left to mourn their irreparable loss.
