Wayne County, NC - Theny Pearl Pipkin Obituary

Miss Pearl Pipkin, 72, of 213 E. Elm St. died last night in Wayne
Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 5 p.m.
at Shumate Funeral Home by the Rev. Paul Whaley, pastor at Eureka
Christian Church of which she was a member, Rev. Gilmer Cross, 
pastor of the St. Paul Methodist Church. Burial will fillow at Wayne
Memorial Park. A native of Wayne County, she had been employed at
Weil's for the past nine years.

Survivors include two brothers, Daniel L. Pipkin of Mt. Olive and
E.J. Pipkin of Grantham; two sisters, Miss Mary Pipkin of Goldsboro
and Mrs. Ida P. Morgan of Raleigh; and a niece, Miss Pauline Barefoot,
who had always lived with her.

Pallbearers will be Preston West, Coy Price, Herbert Thigpen, Edward
Potts, Gene Upchurch and Norwood Gainey. 1967
