Emily King of Johnston County to Sarah E. Rhodes of Wayne a parcel of land 
beginning at a stake, Grantham's corner, Barfields corner, Hollowell's corner, 
Hollomons corner, 72 acres.

In this deed, Emily is selling land to her sister that she inherited from 
their father, Ingram Rhodes. See the estate record of Ingram Rhodes on this 
website for particulars on the lands divided between all his children.

Emily King married Barnabas S. King from Sampson County who died in the prison 
camp Elmira just before the war ended.
