Ingram & Sarah Rhodes his wife of Wayne County to Uriah Grantham of Wayne a 
parcel of land on the south side of Neuse River it being one half of the land 
of Smithson Cox divided to his two daughters the said Sarah & Elizabeth after 
the death of his wife in his last will and testament. Beginning at Home 
branch, to Little meadow branch, to Rich'd Cox dec'd line, to the bank of the 
river, 200 acres, one half of above tract.
