Tuesday - February 2nd 1892 

The Civil docket was then taken up and the following proceedings heard 
thereon.

#73 J. B. Kennedy vs C. J. Hudson

By consent of parties in this action is changed and converted into an action 
to try this title to certain corn from 6 to 8 bushels left in the possession 
of the Defendant by one Warrick.

Upon the trial of this issue as to the title to said corn the Jury having 
found in favor of the plaintiff. It is now considered and adjudged that the 
plaintiff is the owner and entitled to the immediate possession of said corn 
and that the defendant delivers the same to him. It is further considered 
and adjudged that Plaintiff recovers of the defendant his cost in this 
action incurred to be taken by the clerk.
