State of North Carolina, Wayne County
J.P. Collier maketh oath, that he saw a copy of the within advertisement posted up 
at the Court House door in Goldsboro on or about the 25th day of Feby 1859 and at 
the store of J.E. Whitfield in Everittsville and at the store of B.J. Griswold in 
Dudley about the last of Feby and also at the Post Office door in Goldsboro about 
the same time.
