Raleigh May 7, 1815

Agreeably to the Report of the Auditors appointed to settle and adjust the 
Military and other Claims for services performed and supplies furnished the 
detached Militia called into the service of the United States in July and August 
1813, approved and filed with  me, Lewis Pipkin a private in the company of 
Wayne Militia commanded by Cap D. Wasden is entitled to receive out of the 
public Treasury the sum of #8.26 2/3/100 for the payment of which this shall be 
a Warrant.
