Mary Rhodes Division of Lands, October 29, 1831

In obedience to an order of the County Court of Wayne issued Aug't Term 1831 
we the subscribers have divided the land of Mary Rhodes dec'd between the 
heirs of sd dec'd as the above plan represents and in the following manner 
viz:

No 1 drawn by Moses Rhodes adjacent to the run of Buck Swamp, Arthur 
Sasser's corner, his own corner and containg 26 acres.

No 2 drawn by William Rhodes adjacent to the run of Buck Swamp, Moses 
Rhodes' upper corner and containing 26 acres.

No 3 drawn by Thomas Rhodes adjacent to the run of Buck Swamp, William 
Rhodes' upper corner and containing 26 acres.

No 4 drawn by Sarah Rose adjacent to the run of Buck Swamp, Thomas Rhodes' 
upper corner and containing 26 acres.

No 5 drawn by Drusilla Bradshaw adjacent to the run of Buck Swamp, Sarah 
Rose's upper corner and containing 26 acres.

No 6 drawn by the lawful heirs of Taylor Rhodes dec'd adjacent to Drusilla 
Bradshaw's upper corner and containing 26 acres.

No 7 drawn by Ingram Rhodes adjacent to the run of Buck Swamp, upper corner 
of the heirs of Taylor Rhodes dec'd and containing 26 acres.

No 8 drawn by Bryan Rhodes adjacent to the run of Buck Swamp, Pennington's 
corner and containing 26 acres.
