Nicholas Rose & wife Sarah Rose, Edmund Bradshaw & wife Drusilla Bradshaw & 
Thomas H. Wright as attorney for Bryan, Moses, Thomas and William Rhodes all 
of the one part to Ingram Rhodes a tract of land the real estate of Mary 
Rhodes deceased on the north side of Buck Swamp beginning at a stake, Arthur 
Sasser's corner, 207 1/4 acres excepting 26 acres drawn by the heirs of Taylor 
Rhodes deceased in the division of land made between the heirs of Mary Rhodes 
deceased.
