H. Hall, of Andover, and of the late Rev. Alfred H. Hall, of Meriden, to the Rev. John H. Grant, pastor of the Center Congregational church, Meriden, Conn., took place this afternoon at 4 o'clock at the home of the bride. The wedding was a quiet home event, a small company only of the near relatives being present. The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Delight Walkly Hall, of Mt. Holyoke college, as maid of honor, and Mr. Grant by his brother, Mr. Louis N. Grant, of Goldsboro, NC. The officiating clergyman was the Rev. Professor Egbert C. Smythe, of Andover Theological Seminary. The home was decorated with palms and fernes, before a bank of which the bridal party stood for the marriage ceremony. After the wedding journey Mr. and Mrs. Grant will make their home at the Center Congregational parsonage, at Meriden. Their "At Home" is announced to be after January 21.
