marriage registry nov 1897-oct-1900
the offical was g w pipkin justice of the peace. witness. mr ag wooten,miss lm 
wooten and gw pipkin. the  issue date is dec-19-1899

Additional Comments:
the actual certifcate can not be found in wayne co.all the record of this 
marriage the remains is in the  registery.
