ALDRIDGE In the name of God Amen. I Mary B. Aldridge of the County of Wayne and State of North Carolina aware of the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death and being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make publish and declare this instrument of writing to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. Art 1. I give and bequeath my spirit to God who gave it and my body to the dust from whence it came, with a decent burial according to the wishes of my relatives, to be paid for out of the first money that comes unto the hands of my executor hereinafter named. Art 2. I give and devise after paying all my burial expenses and all my just debts, all the money, bank stocks, notes accts money deposited in bank also the money in the hands of Hon W. T. Faircloth belonging to me, to the children of my who may be living at my decease, if my two brothers Howell Aldridge and Jesse B. Aldridge decd. Share and share alike. And it is my request that it be used for their education. Art 3rd. I give and devise to my sister Annie Elmore all the residue of my estate, not otherwise disposed including my bed and bed head and bed covers, all my wearing apparel, except burying clothes and all my using things to her and her heirs forever. Art 4. I give and devise to my brother Frank B. H. Aldridge one No 2 sewing machine which he now has in his possession, to him and his heirs. Art 5. I give and devise to my niece Neil J. Renolds one American sewing machine which she now has in possesion to her and her heirs forever. Art 6. I give and devise to my niece Mary H. Renolds one American sewing machine to have and to hold forever. Art 7. I give hold devise grant to my niece, Mary C. Aldridge, Anna D. Aldridge one American Sewing machine and my beaureau family to them and their heirs forever. Codicil addition. Art 8.I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my friend Hon Wm T. Faircloth executor to this guardian for the children of my two brothers, Howell Aldridge and Jesse B. Aldridge decd. and also executor to this my last Will and Testament. Signed: Mary B.
