Andrews Will & Probate Recorded in Record of Wills BN Efevyr 132? $3.60 I, W H Andrews of the County of Wayne and state of North Carolina being of Sound Mind and Memory but knowing the uncertainty of this life and that all men must die, I do make and Declare this my last will and testament in maner and Form Folowing Viz. I give and bequeath to my Beloved Grandsone William Wiley Andrews one Thousand and Three Hundred Dollars Including Interest on the same from November the 15th 1892. My Will and Desire is should the afore Said William Wiley Andrews die before he arivs at the age of 21 years then the Said legasy Shal descend down to his next younger Brother Franklin Andrews. I hereby appoint my Sone I. P. Andrews my Lawful Executor to all Entents and purposes to this my Last Will and testament according to the true entent and meaning of the Same. H. Andrews dec?d, hereto attached and baring date Nov 15, 1892, is exhibited for probate before C. F. Hering @fc by I. P. Andrews, the executor therein named and there upon P. H. Barnes & L. E. Edgerton, the subscribing witnesses thereto, being duly sworn deposed and say that the said paper writing was signed by the said W. H. Andrews dec?d, in the presence of said deponents. and declared by him to them to be his last will & testament and that they, in the presence of each other and the presence of the said W. H. Andrews dec?d at his request, subscribed their names to the said paper writing, as entered thereto, and that at the time of the signing of the same by the said W. H. Andrews and of the subscribing the same by deponents, the said W. H. Andrews dec?d, was in his right mind and capable of writing a will and that he was not under any disability pertinent adverse to the knowledge of deponents. Herring Clerk Superior Court In The Mater of The Will of W. H. Andrews dec?d A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of W. H. Andrews deceased, bearing date Nov. 15th, 1892, and hereto attached, is exhibited before me for probate by I. P. Andrews the executor named therein and it being therefore proved by the oath and examination of P. H. Barnes and L. E. Edgerton, the subscribing witnesses thereto, that the said paper writing was signed in their presence by the said W H Andrews, deceased, who declared the same to be his last will and testament, and that they in the presence of each other and in the presence of the said W. H. Andrews, at his request, subscribed their names to the said paper writing as witness thereto, and that the said W. H. Andrews was at said time of sound mind and memory and under no diseases or sentiment, is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that the said paper writing and every fact thereof, in the last will and testament of dec?d W. H. Andrews and the same is ordered to be reviewed as filed. And therefore the said I. P. Andrews, executor as aforesaid, duly qualified is sworn by oath prescribed by law.
