Will of J. J. Casey

I, J. J. Casey, being of sound and disposing mind do make, declare and 
publish this my last will and testament.

I give my estate of all kinds, real, personal and mixed to my wife Ellen 
Casey during the term of her natural life.

After the decease of my said wife, it is my desire that my estate be divided 
between my children, Carrie Harrell wife of I. J. Harrell, Bertha Casey, 
William Casey, Lou Pearl Casey, Eva Casey, Jackson Casey and my grandson Herbert 
Casey, share and share alike, in fee.

I appoint my wife Ellen Casey and my son William Casey executors to this my 
last will and testament. Witness my hand and seal this 18 day of January, 
1899.

Witnesses: Benjamin Herring and J. G. Hinson

I, I. F. Ormond Clerk Superior Court of WAyne do hereby certify the foregoing
is a true and full copy of the last will and testament of J. J. Casey dec'd
as the same doth appear of recorded in this office.
