I, Daniel Cogdell do make this my last will and testament.

I give and devise to my wife Elizabeth A. Cogdell all my property of every 
description including all insurance upon my life and all interest owned by me 
at my death.

I hereby appoint W. T. Dortch executor to this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand & seal this 23 day of September 1891 
in the presence of R. P. Howell and W. K. Stanly who subscribed their names as 
witnesses in my presence and at my request.
