NEEDHAM COMBS WILL
In the () of God Amen.

I Needham Combs of the State of North Carolina and County of Wayne in the 
year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and seventy six Feb. the 
18th/76.  Being of sound mind memry and understanding after naturly 
considering the circumstances and the certainty of deth and the uncertainty  
of the time therof, I have now determin what disposition shol be made of my 
property after my deth.

First my will is that after my deth that all my just debts be paid by my 
executors herein after named and the rest of my estate of what ever it my 
consist off be distributed to wit:

Item first – I give and deviz to my grandsun L. B. Combs five dollars to 
have and to hold, the same to him his heirs and assigns forever.

Item second:  I give and deviz to my daughter, Delitha Combs the lot of hogs 
that she feeds and as to the residue of my estate, my will and desire is 
that it be equaly divided between my daughter Delitha and my daughter Gatsy 
Ann Lancaster in whatever it my concist off at my deth to them thir heirs 
and assigns forever and I now declar this to be my last Will and Testament 
and I also nominate and appoint T. B. Lancaster and T. H. Sasser the sole 
executors to my last Will in witness I here unto set my hand and seal the 
day and date above written.
