To beloved sons John and Richard my home, land and plantation and mill after the widowhood of my wife to be equally divided between them. To beloved son John one gun and one mans sadle. To beloved son Richard as much money as will buy him a gun and sadle. I leave the land and plantation that I bought of Richard Sanders to be sold by my executors to pay my debts and after paying my debts the remaining part of estate to be equally divided between my five children that is alive and the one that is not yet born. I nominate and appoint John Dunn and Nathan Pike Executors.
