I, BJ Langston, of said county and state, do make, declar, and publish 
this my last will and testament, in manner and form as follows.

I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Callie, all my real and 
personal estate, of every kind and wherever situate, for the time of her 
natural life or widowhood: and, upon her death or remarriage, I give, 
devise and bequeath the same unto her children of our present marriage in 
fee simple absolutely: and I appoint my wife executrix of this will.

In witness whereof, I hereto subscribe my name this the 26th day of 
December, 1889.
