I desire all my just debts to be first paid, and then my wife, Sarah J. Lewis, to have all my land and personal property during her lifetime - after her death to go to her children by me, and to the issue of such children as may then be dead Item II. I devise and bequeath my life insurance to my youngest son, Robert J. and if he dies without heir, I desire my next youngest child to have one half of said insurance, and the next two youngest children to have one fourth each Item III.
