                   Will of Mary Lewis - 1892

In the name of God Amen  I this day being sound of mind make this my 
last will and testament  I will my spirit to God who gave it and my 
personal effects as follows  I will and bequeath to my daughter
Charlotte Lewis ten and one half acres of land known as the Joel Flowers
piece and to my daughter Elisabeth who has stayed with me and taken 
care of me in my old age I will my home place containing thirty seven 
and three fourth acres and all of my personal property of all and every 
kind to have and to hold during her lifetime then to her daughter Mary if 
she stays and takes care of her Mother while she lives  If not to dispose 
of it as she pleases but no one else to have any control over it in any 
shape manner or form as long as Elisabeth lives  I have given my son
William his portion
