               Will of Martha Lewis - 1902

I, Martha L. Lewis, of said county and state, do make, declare and 
publish this my last will and testament.

Item I.  I give and bequeath all my estate of whatsoever name and 
kind to my beloved husband, Wm. Lewis, for life, and after his death, 
to Anna H. Lewis and W.T. Dortch, Trustees, for the use and benefit 
of my unmarried daughter.  The income from my said estate, after the 
said life estate of my said husband, to be used for the maintenance, 
education and support of my said unmarried daughter, or the survivor 
of such.

Item II.  In the event of the death or marriage of all my daughters, 
then my estate to vest equally in fee simple to the survivor or
survivors of my children.  The issue of any deceased child or children 
representing the parent.

Item III.  I hereby make, constitute and appoint my daughter Anna H. 
Lewis and Wm. T. Dortch, Executors of this my last will and testament.
