Wayne County, NC - Will & Estate Records Will of Mary McKinne - 1838 In the name of God Amen I Mary McKinne of the state of No Carolina and county of Wayne being of sound mind and disposing memory do constitute and ordain this instrument to contain my last will and testament in manner and form following 1st My will and desire is that my just debts be paid 2nd I give and bequeath unto my two grand sons William and Richard McKinne the sons of James McKinne one Negro fellow named Charles to them and their heirs and assigns forever 3nd I give and bequeath unto my grandaughter Ann M Moses one bed and furniture my large chest and all my wearing apparrell to her and her heirs and assigns forever 4th I give and bequeath unto my grandaughter Frances McKinne one bed and furniture to her and her heirs and assigns forever 5th My will and desire is that the residue of my property not heretofore given away be sold on a cridit of six months and the money arising from the sale thereof after my just debts are paid be equally divided between my two aforesaid grandaughters Ann M Moses and Frances McKinne also the money that may be due me at my decease be included. To them and their heirs and assigns forever.
