I will and bequeth to my Wife SMITHY MITCHELL all of my Entire State So Long as 
she lives and all of the incomes, all of the money notes, Land, Mules, Cowes, 
hogs, to have and to hold and use for her own personal Benefit So Long as She 
Lives, I will To my Daughter PENNE BARNES one thousand dollars out of my Estate 
to be paid by All The Boys, I will to my daughter STELL WEST one thousand dollars 
to be paid in three years from the time they get in possesion of the land, I want 
each Each one of MY Boys to have an equal share of my Land, I want my son BURELL 
MITCHELL to settle all my Entire Estate without pay I do not want to have any 
Lawyers in it I want my son J H MITCHELL to have the land so long as he lives 
after his death I will the Land to AUSKER MITCHELL, after the death of my son 
BURELL MITCHELL I will and bequeth to MILFORD MITCHELL the BURELL MITCHELL'S part 
of the Land I want my son LONIE MITCHELL to have his part of my Land so Long as 
he Lives after his death I will and bequeth to WILBERT MITCHELL after the death 
of my son MATHEW MITCHELL I will to FARROW MITCHELL his part of the land after 
the death of my son LEVI EDGAR MITCHELL I will and bequeth to LEVY MITCHELL his 
part of my Land after the death of my son CHARLES MITCHELL I will and bequeth to 
ROSHELL CRUMPLER, CHARLEY MITCHELLS Part of my land

	I want my sons BURREL MITCHELL to settle my Estate. I want My Land
