Morrisey of the County of Wayne and State of North Carolina being of sound mind and memory but considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence do make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say Item 1 First that my executor herein after named will sell my house and lot at Warsaw in Duplin County and my interest in Flarra and Henry two Negro slaves and out of proceeds of the sale pay all my just debts. Item 2 I loan to my beloved mother E. A. Morrisey the following named slaves during her natural life Dolly, Ester, Faneta and hereafter given away and I further loan to my mother E. A. Morrisey one Negro boy Iley until my brother William Morrisey arrives to the age of twenty one years if she should die until that time. Item 3 I give to my beloved mother E. A. Morrisey two Negro slaves Polly and Cloey to have and to hold to be her right and property forever. Item 4 I give to my sister Elizabeth Morrisey after my mother's death one Negro girl Esther to have and to hold and be her right and property forever. Item 5 I give to my sister Ann Morrisey after the death of my beloved mother one Negro girl by the name of Faneta to have and to hold and to be her own right and property forever. Item 6 I give to my brother William Morrisey when he arrives at the age of twenty one years the Negro boy Iley that I have loaned my mother until that time and I give my brother William Morrisey after the death of my mother my Negro girl Dolly to have and to hold and to be his own property forever. Item 7 I give to my brother Richard Morrisey one dollar to be paid by my executor herein after named. Item 8 I give to my half brother Thomas Morrisey one dollar to paid by my executor herein after named. Item 9 I give to my half brother George Morrisey one dollar to be paid by my executor herein after named. Item 10 It is further my will and desire that if my brother William Morrisey should not live until he arrives at the age of twenty one years that the property that I have here willed to him should be equally divided between my two sisters Elizabeth and Ann Morrisey. Item 11 It is further my will that if my sister Ann Morrisey should not live until she is twenty one years or married that the property I have given to her should be divided between my sister Elizabeth and brother William Morrisey and if William Morrisey is not living all to go to Elizabeth Morrisey. I do hereby constitute my brother Richard B. Morrisey my lawful executor to all intents and purposes to execute this my last will and testament according to the true intent and meaning of the same by hereby revoking and declaring utterly void all other wills and testaments by me heretofore made. Morrisey produced into court by Richard B. Morrisey and is proved in common form by the oaths of William Hollowell and David Jones the subscribing witnesses thereto. Whereupon Richard B. Morrisey the executor therein named is duly sworn as executor thereof and the will ordered to be recorded. Jno A.
