Will of N. W. Musgrave

I, N. W. Musgrave, do hereby make this my last will and testament, viz:

First:  I give and bequeath all my household furniture and furnishing to my niece, 
Alice Grantham, for the term of her natural life, and after her death to my grand-
niece, Alice Cogdell, as her absolute property. 

Second:  I give devise and bequeath the rest and residue of my property of every 
kind and character, real personal and mixed, to my half-brother, A. H. Toler, and 
to my nephews and nieces, Alice Grantham, Henry Toler, William C. Toler, and Mamie 
Bailey, and to my grand-nephews and grand-nieces; Claud M. Grantham, Alice Cogdell, 
Ernest Barnes, Herbert Barnes, and Bessie Coleman, in the following named proportions:  
            An undivided one-fourth interest to my half-brother, A. H. Toler,
            An undivided one-sixth interest to my niece, Alice Grantham,
            An undivided one-twelfth interest to my nephew, Henry Toler,
            An undivided one-twelfth interest to my nephew, William C. Toler,
            An undivided one-twelfth interest to my niece Mamie Bailey,
            An undivided one-fifteenth interest to my grand-nephew, Claud M. Grantham,
            An undivided one-fifteenth interest to my grand-niece, Alice Cogdell,
            An undivided one-fifteenth interest to my grand-nephew, Ernest Barnes,
            An undivided one-fifteenth interest to my grand-nephew, Herbert Barnes,
            An undivided one-fifteenth interest to my brand-niece, Bessie Coleman

Third:  I hereby appoint A. H. Toler and D. C. Cogdell, Executors of this my last 
will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills by me heretofore made.

In Witness whereof I, the said N. W. Musgrave, have hereto set my hand and seal to 
this my last will and testament, this 145h day of May, 1925.

            I, N. W. Musgrave, do hereby make this codicil to my last will and testament 
which is dated May 14th, 1925.
            I give and bequeath to D. Claud Cogdell, my niece's husband, my Gold watch
 and chain.
            In witness whereof, I, the said N. W. Musgrave have hereunto set my hand 
and seal, to this codicil to my said last will and testament dated May 14th, 1925, 
this the 7th day of November, 1925
