Wayne County, NC - Will of Molly Parkes, 1852 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In the name of God Amen I MOLLY PARKES of the county of Wayne and State of North Carolina being of Sound disposing mind and memory do constitute and ordain this Instrument to contain my last will and Testament in manner and form following (viz) FIRST I give and bequeath unto JOHN FRASUR that is now living with me after the payment of all my Just debts all my property of every kind & nature my growing crop corn or Bacon that may be on hand after my death. In short everything I possess as my own ____ & property. LASTLY I nominate constitute and appoint my worthy friend COUNCIL WOOTEN Executor to this my last will and Testament.
