Wayne County, NC - James Peele Will, 1847

Wayne County, NC R-10, p 515-17 May 1847

In the name of God, Amen, I, James Peele of Wayne County, NC, now
a volunteer in the NC Regiment of Volunteers at Camargo, do give
to my brother Robert Peele, one fifth part of all real estate lying
and being in Wayne County, NC, adjoining the land of Gabriel Edwards,
Mrs. Rachel Bryan, and others, to him and his heirs forever.

I give to my four sisters, Pearcy Edwards, Ziphia Peele, Sally Peal,
and Betsy Peele an equal interest in the remainder of my Estate, etc.
