ITEM 1: It is my will and desire that all my real and personal property be equally divided in money value between all of my lawful heirs; that is to say all my land shall be divided by my executor, to be hereinafter named, (with such advice and assistance as he may think necessary) into eight such tracts or parcels as shall be equal, one with the other in value; and in case my widow shall dower upon any part thereof thereby reducing the present money value of such part, then my executor is to consider such depreciation thereof and to proceed accordinglyin assessing said values. ITEM 2: I desire that such of my personal property as is incapable of equal division among mysaid heirs, be sold by my executor and the proceeds of such sale be apportioned equally as herein devised. ITEM 3: I desire that my beloved wife shall have the fullest provision for her maintenance and support which is allowed by law as to year’s provision and rights under dower: that she have use of such personal property as she may desire during her lifetime. ITEM 4: I hereby constitute and appoint my son, Robert Peel, of Timmonsville, South Carolina, my executor to this my last Will and Testament. Signed, sealed and declared to be my last Will and Testament, this (no day given) day of December 1884. Witnessed by us, who in R. Peel (SEAL) presence of each other, of the testator and at his request have signed our names hereto as witness to the above will Dec 1884 William Holmes W. T.
