This my Will made this the twenty fifth Day of March A.D. 1878 that I
M.E. Robinson of the County of Lenoir of the state of North Carolina
for the love & affection that I have for my mother Eliza A Robinson do
this Day bequest to her all My property consisting of real estate &
personal property lying the Counties of Lenior & Wayne in the state of
North Carolina to wit - one plantation & team & farming utensils in 
Lenoir County east of S. ______ Creek also 700 Acres of __________
land lying in said County ________ Miller _______ heirs & others also my
driving horses & Bugies in said County and all ______ property lying
in Wayne in the town of Goldsboro him & to hold her life time and
these go to my Brother Thos R Robinson and he must give to my niece
Mary D. Robinson & my nephew McCray Robinson one thousand dollars
each & further ask my mother E A Robinson that she will give to my
Brother Thos R. Robinson some property at her earliest opportunity
and that she will also give to Mary D Robinson one thousand dollars
& my nephew McCray Robinson five hundred dollars as soon as she can
conveniently do so without embarrising herself on __________ the
property.  If my mother gives to my niece Mary D Robinson and my
nephew McCray Robinson the amounts stated above then at her death
I do bequest the balance of property to my Brother Thos R Robinson.
This my will & testimony where in I set my hand since this the 
25 Day of March 1878.
