Estate of America Sasser Oliver.  Filed at the NC State Archives as America 
Sasser 1844. Wayne County Estate box CR 103.508.135
Inventory of the property of America Sasser decd; one ninth part of a note on 
Edward Sasser left by Benjamin Howell Sr to the children of said Sasser for 
about five hundred dollars beside interest which now is now in suit in the 
Court of Equity for the County of Wayne and which if recorded belongs to said 
estate.  This is all the property within my knowledge.
May 21 1844.

America is listed in Estate Record of Edward Sasser as America and Needham 
Oliver.  Also son John Oliver is listed in grandmothers’ (Martha Sasser) will
