Estate of Elizabeth Sasser 1844.  NC State Archives CR 103.508 Box 135.
The 1st document is a fill in the blank form.
State of North Carolina}
Wayne County}
Know all men by these presents, that we Jas H Sasser, John Kennedy & Jno 
Sasser are held and firmly bound unto the State of North Carolina, in the sum 
of five hundred dollars to be paid to the said State.  To the which payment 
well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and 
administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these Presents.  Sealed with 
our seals, and dated this 20 day of Nov 1844.
The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That if the above bounded Jas H 
Sasser Administrator or of all and singular the Goods and Chattels, Rights and 
Credits of Betsy Sasser deceased, do make or cause to be made, a true and 
perfect Inventory of all and singular the Goods and Chattels, Rights and 
Credits of the said decease, which have or shall come to the hands, knowledge 
or possession of the said Jas H Sasser or in to the hands or possession of any 
person or persons for him and the same so made do exhibit or cause to be 
exhibited to our said County Court of Wayne within ninety days….[more

Inventory of James H Sasse administrator of Elizabeth Sasser dec’d
On [seventh ?] (his [unreadable]0in a note of Edwar Sasser for about five 
Hundred Dollars, left by the will of Benjamin Howell Senr. To the daughter of 
Said Edward Sasser, if whom the said Elizabeth Sasser was one & for is heirs 
which is now pending in the Court of Equity for the Court of Wayne.  No other 
property within my knowledge – Febry 2oth 1845.
