beit remembered this the 26 day of febuary 1820
that I Perba Sasser being weke of body but of
a sound and disposed mind memory do this publish
this to be my last wil and testament in manner
and form as follows------------------------
item I give and bequeth unto my two sons Rhoderick Sasser and
Jamestart Sasser all my lands and plantation
to be Eaquly Devided betwixt them
to them and thar ares forever-------------
item I give unto Lovet Cook on hundred and seven 
dollars and fifty Cents to hur and hur ares
forever and the remander part of my
Estate to be Equelly devided betwene my four
Children Rhodrick mehala arcadella Jamestart
Saser to them and thar ares forever lastly I
nominate and apit, Benjamin Baswell &
Rhoderick Sasser Executors.   This my last will and
Testament in witness in [unreadable] I have hereunto
Set my hand and seal the day and date above written
Sinid Sealed and Delivered in the presents

Wayne County May Court 1821
This was Exhibited in open Court the last Will & Testament of Pharaba Sasser 
which was duly proved by the oath of Nathan Pike a subscribing Witness and at 
the same time Benjamin Baswell and Rhoderick Sasser Executor named in the said 
will appeared & took the oath of executor agreeable to Law.
